I have orfered from 4-5 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet, however they were trying to pull money from the subscription, where do I cancel?

This is by far the highest quality Seamoss I have run into EVER…we need people like you to be thriving more and more. I will even call on my God to make sure of it. The next 6 months will be better than the last 6 months regardless of circumstances in Jesus name

I've been purchasing from them for a few months. The wait time went from 2 weeks to now 6 weeks with no update just a poor message that has been copied and paste. With the lack of communication but the increase in seamoss it truly is a major turn off. Their customer service needs improvement.

BEWARE OF THIS POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT OPERATION!!! I PAID $489.54 FOURTEEN DAYS AGO, AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM , AND THEY DONT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS !!
I ALSO NOTICED THAT AT LEAST TWO OTHER PEOPLE REPORTED PAYING FOR 10# + ORDERS AND NOT RECEIVING ANY RESPONSE , SEAMOSS OR REFUND!!
IM GOING AFTER THE SCAMMERS, TO EXPOSE THEM!

I have now received my sea moss. There was an issue with tracking I suppose but I’m happy. I just think k should get an email that the item will be or is being shipped when payment is removed. The SeaMoss is of hood quality and my rating from a 2 is now a 4.
